Return Policy:

Returns accepted within 14 days upon receipt. Original packaging required, UNOPENED.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Refund will not include the original shipping cost.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used or soiled in any way.
  • We are not able to process a refund / replacement for an order that is lost in transit if the address was submitted incorrectly when the order was placed.
  • We are not able to process a refund if the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit return to us.
  • You must include your full name, address, and order # in the return package.
